About the euChance Program
The euChance program provides an opportunity for employers to hire individuals with reduced work capacity within an appropriate framework, while also offering opportunities for these individuals to join the workforce. Our program focuses on two key areas: first, the workplace, by analyzing its physical and social environment. Second, it emphasizes the workplace community through the preparation of a corporate rehabilitation mentor, leadership sensitivity workshops, employee mindset-shaping programs, workforce placement services, and practical assistance services for unexpected situations.
